Wheel Throwing (ages 9+ w/ an adult) 

Join your young person in “learning how to fail” by trying something hard, and finding the joy in learning, creating and feeling the clay spin in your hands. Try out centering, opening and pulling a vessel, and pick your favorite one to keep. We will trim and glaze your piece with the color of your choice! Only for ages 9+

Either of these fun, two-hour workshops will provide an opportunity to connect one-on-one with that special young person in your life.  Try something new, get creative with your inner child, and come back after class to pick up finished pieces to enjoy together forever!  Come back 2-3 weeks later to pick up your work! This is a great way to get a taste of clay and see if it’s something you or the young people in your life are into.

• $125 total for you and one child
• Workshop is 2 hours long
• Includes clay, glaze and firing up to 2 pieces per person (hand-building) and 1 piece (wheel throwing)
• 10 person max per class
• Email notification 2-3 weeks after the workshop with instructions for pick-up
